第十二届IEEE固态和集成电路国际会议(IEEE ICSICT-International Conference on Solid-state and Integrated Circuit Technology)将于2014年10月28日~10月31日在桂林召开,本次会议由IEEE北京分会主办,并受到了IEEE EDS及SSCS学会、IET、CIE等国内外多家学术组织的支持。ICSICT是在中国举办的有关固态器件、集成电路方面规模最大、影响最大的国际会议。本次会议将是在中国半导体事业蓬勃发展的时期召开的一次盛会,会议将邀请中、美、日、韩、欧洲及亚太其他各国、各地区著名专家作大会主题报告和分会邀请报告,并进行分组学术报告。这次会议将为国内外微电子、光电子、纳电子等领域的研究人员提供平台,是互相交流信息和了解国际、国内最新进展的一次好机会。
The 12th International Conference on Solid-state and Integrated Circuits (IEEE ICSICT-International Conference on Solid-state and Integrated Circuit Technology) will be held from October 28 to October 31, 2014 in Guilin, China. The conference was organized by IEEE Beijing Branch Sponsored, and by the IEEE EDS and SSCS Institute, IET, CIE and other academic organizations at home and abroad support. ICSICT is the largest and most influential international conference on solid state devices and integrated circuits in China. The meeting will be held in the flourishing development of China’s semiconductor industry, a grand meeting, the meeting will be invited in China, Japan, South Korea, Europe and other countries in Asia Pacific, well-known experts from various regions as the main theme of the report and the club report of the invitation, and Group academic report. This conference will provide a platform for domestic and foreign researchers in microelectronics, optoelectronics, nanoelectronics and other fields to exchange information and understand the latest developments both at home and abroad.
