新时期如何适应形势发展的需要,建立一支高素质的学生干部队伍是一个具有重要意义的课题.本文拟就当前公安院校学生干部队伍建设中存在的主要问题进行分析,从新形势下公安院校人才培养目标对学生干部的总体要求出发,探讨了新形势下如何加强公安院校学生干部队伍建设。
