过去我们对团休养室的管理工作重视不够,问题很多。1964年我们在大学毛主席著作,提高认识的基础上,认识到做好住休伤病员的政治学习和思想工作的重要性,因地制宜地建立了一些切实可行的休养制度。经过一年的实践,初步看来效果较好。我们是怎样管理好休养员的呢?一、狠抓毛主席著作的学习:规定每天午睡后由指导员或卫生班长组织休养员学一个半小时毛主席著作,重点文章由指导员讲解,尔后组织座谈写心得。学习内容可按照连队学习计划进行,也可以根据当时休养员
