引言测量整体或局部血流的热稀释(Thermodiluti0n)法,由于它的精确,容易重复和无损害而广泛用于临床。用光纤维反射光度计测量血氧的方法,在临床上也是有效而又实用。现在,用染料稀释法进行整体和局部血流和氧饱和二种测量可以用一个光学纤维导管来完成。热稀释法与印度蓝绿指示剂技术相比,在测量期间不需要抽血样作标定,其校正简单、准确,测量可在很短间隔里重复,不存在指示剂循环,而且指示剂绝对无损害。最
Introduction Thermodiluti0n, a measure of global or local blood flow, is widely used clinically because of its precision, ease of repetition, and non-invasiveness. The method of measuring blood oxygen with optical fiber reflectometer is also clinically effective and practical. Now, the two methods of dye dilution for both global and local blood flow and oxygen saturation can be done with a fiber optic catheter. The thermal dilution method does not require a blood sample to be calibrated during the measurement compared to the Indian blue-green indicator technique, and its calibration is simple and accurate, measurements can be repeated in very short intervals, absence of indicator circulation, and absolute absence of indicator damage. most
