一、考核指标 对企办人员的工作考核以《乡镇企办人员工作职责》为主要依据,主要有:(一)基本指标(15分)。积极配合当地乡镇政府全面完成县委下达的工业经济指标(含:工业总产值、技改投入、新办工业企业、新产品开发、企业改制、外经贸等指标)得15分,没有全面完成指标的,按各乡镇工业经济指标的累计标准分比例计分。(二)企业管理指标(65分)。1.企业管理水平(25分)。按照《仙居县乡镇企业管理水平2000年度考核办法》做好企业管理的各项基础工作满分得25分,没有满分的,按考核得分比例计分。2.教育培训(15分)。参加县
