作者对20例乳糜尿患者进行了23次电视淋巴造影。足部或精索淋巴管直接穿刺法与常规造影相同。随着造影剂推入,荧光屏上淋巴系顺行显示。结果20例中11例在30分钟左右时,乳糜池尚未显示,而胸导管上段已显示。本组乳糜池显示者共5例,胸导管下段连续显示6例,两者均显示1例,其余两者均不能连续显示,作者建议叫“连续显示缺陷”。这种情况可见于非乳糜尿者,不能作为淋巴道阻塞的证明。20例中肾蒂淋巴管显示17例,肾淋巴网显示18例,尿路显示11例。肾蒂淋巴管显示而肾淋巴网未显示者2例,有3例肾淋巴网显示而肾蒂淋巴管未显示。在尿路显示的11例中,有2例肾蒂淋巴管未显示,但肾淋巴网均显示。通过电视
The authors performed 20 video lymphadenectoms on 20 patients with chyluria. The foot or spermatic cord lymphatic direct puncture method and conventional radiography the same.
