In order to implement the “Provisions on Safety Supervision and Management of Dam Operation Safety for Hydropower Stations” (NDRC Decree No.23), to strengthen dam safety monitoring of hydropower stations and improve the dam operation safety level of hydropower stations, on October 18, the National Energy Administration issued “ Management Measures for Dam Safety Monitoring Work of Hydropower Station ”(State Energy Security [2017] No. 61), the contents are as follows.
