本文通过对德治的本来含义、法律和道德的功用及关系的阐释,分析了江泽民“以德治国”的主张遭到冷遇的原因,提出应当把“以德治国”和“依法治国”相结合作为治国方略。
This article analyzes the reason why Jiang Zemin ’s idea of “governing the country by morality” is cold by expounding the original meaning of the rule of law, the function of the law and morality and the explanation of the relationship, and puts forward that the principle of “governing the country by virtue” and “ Governing the country according to law ”as the strategy of running the country.
