第一条中国卫生统计学会是研究卫生统计科学的群众性学术团体。本会接受卫生部领导并接受中国统计学会的指导。各省、自治区、直辖市均应积极创造条件成立卫生统计学会。本会以马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想为指导,坚持四项基本原则,贯彻理论联系实际和百家争鸣、普及与提高相结合的方针,研究卫生统计科学理论和卫生统计制度、方法、技术及其应用,以提高我国卫生统计的科学水平,实现统计工作的“六化”,建设有中国特色的卫生统计工作,为社会主义卫生事业现代化建设服务。
The first China Health Statistics Association is a mass academic community that studies the science of health statistics. This Council will be headed by the Ministry of Health and will be guided by the China Statistical Institute. All provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government should actively create conditions for the establishment of health statistics. This conference is guided by Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong Thought, adheres to the four basic principles, and implements the principle of integrating theory with practice and a hundred schools of thought, popularization and improvement. It studies the scientific theory of health statistics and the systems, methods, techniques, and applications of health statistics. In order to improve the scientific level of China’s health statistics, we must achieve “six changes” in statistical work, build health statistics with Chinese characteristics, and serve the modernization of socialist health.
