笔者经过多年的实践和探索认为,实行“搭配·整合·分流”教学管理模式,是中等职业学校摆脱困境,谋求发展的有效途径之一。所谓“搭配”,是对一年级新入学的学生进行整体搭配,即不分专业,按学生性别、毕业成绩整体平行搭配组班;所谓“整合”,是从二年级开始进行专业分离,即按学生选择专业的意愿整合分班;
