风险投资的发展在我国如火如荼，但也产生了不少问题。本文从风险投资的过程出发，指出了我国风险投资项目筛选中存在的许多问题，分析了这些问题产生的原因，并提出了针对性的建议。
The development of venture capital is in full swing in our country, but it also has many problems. Based on the process of venture capital, this paper points out many problems existing in the screening of venture capital projects in our country, analyzes the causes of these problems and puts forward some pertinent suggestions.
