小学时期,是学生学习的启蒙阶段,对于学生未来学习习惯的养成有着极其重要的作用。在新的教学理念下,教学大纲对于小学班级管理提出了更高的要求,只有在班级的管理中成功地构建激励机制,才能更好地促进小学生德、智、体、美、劳的全面发展。本文旨在探讨小学班级管理中激励机制的构建。
Primary school, is the enlightenment stage of student learning, for students to develop the habit of learning has an extremely important role. Under the new teaching concept, the syllabus puts forward higher requirements for class-level management in primary schools. Only when the incentive mechanism is successfully constructed in class management can we promote the all-round development of pupils’ moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor skills . This article aims to explore the construction of incentive mechanism in class-level management of primary schools.
