图1所示是威海天诺数控机械有限公司生产的新产品之一——墙板,材料45钢,2 820+0.150mm×2 320+0.150mm×40+0.100mm,该零件尺寸较大,平面度≤0.1 mm,垂直度≤0.07 mm,精度高,具有较好的稳定性,是设备工作中的重要部件。加工难点:零件宽度尺寸超出公司CPN2445A数控龙门镗铣床的加工范围,外协加工成本较高,生产周期长,不经济。
