劳动科学(这里特指社会科学部分)属于部门科学范畴。加强劳动科学研究应鲜明地体现时代特征和把握科学的研究方法。一方面,劳动科学要把社会主义现代化建设中的劳动者及其劳动问题作为自己研究对象,使理论研究更好地为改革和现代化建设服务;另一方面,劳动科学理论自身也要发展,要在改革开放和经济建设的实践中致力于探讨新问题,传播新知识,培育新体糸,开展各种学术交流,为社会主义建设服务。实践证明,劳动科学只有在改革开放和现代化建设中才能得到发展。在当前治理经济环境、整顿经济秩序条件下,劳动工作面临着十分繁重的任务,如何为搞好治理整顿和深化改革贡献力量,已成为劳动科学理论工作者的急迫而又光荣的任务。为此,加强劳动科学研究在目前必须解决好为社会主义制度下的各项劳动实际工作服务的方向问题。 江泽民同志在庆祝中华人民共和国成立四十年大会上的讲话指出:“在社会主义条件下,我们的根本任务是以经济建设为中心,大力发展社会生产力。立足本国国情,总结实践经验,根据社会生产力的现实水平和进
