1900年中国爆发了震惊世界的大规模的义和团反帝爱国运动,英、俄、日、法、美等帝国主义纷纷出兵来华进行残暴的镇压,屠杀和掠劫中国人民。德国是积极参与者之一,其陆军元帅瓦德西担任联军总司令,无数爱国同胞死于侵略军的屠刀之下。德国还伙同其他帝国主义向中国勒索巨额赔款,留下极不光采的记录。
In 1900 China broke out a massive Boxers’ anti-imperialist and patriotic movement that shocked the world. Some imperialists such as Britain, Russia, Japan, France, the United States and the United States sent troops to carry out brutal suppression of China, massacred and looted the Chinese people. Germany is one of the active participants. Field Marshal Vadis served as commander-in-chief and numerous patriotic compatriots died under the butchery of the invading army. Germany, along with other imperialists, has also exasperated huge reparations to China and left extremely unprofitable records.
