新国标“键与键槽”(GB1095—79)中规定了键槽对称度必须按对称度公差(GB1184—80)7～9级进行检查,由于缺少合格的和适应於标准尺寸段要求的测量器具,给全面贯彻新国标带来了困难。目前虽有北京量具刃具厂按引进样品生产了一种对称度量仪,但由于示值变化大,测量范围小,尚不能作为正规度量仪使用。因此研制一种新型的键槽对称度量仪,就成为一个十分迫切的问题。81年,我们设计了一种新型的轴键槽对称度量仪,在闵行工具厂的配合下试制出来
