本文摘译自(美)《领导手册》第26章。此书由俄亥俄州大学名誉教授、俄亥俄州领导研究学会副主任拉尔夫·斯托迪尔原著,初版于1974年,伯纳德·贝斯教授修订和增补,1981年出修订版。全书分8篇35章,论述了领导学的各个领域。8篇标题如下:(一)领导理论与研究概论;(二)领导人的素质;(三)权力与合法性;(四)领导与僚属的关系;(五)领导的管理作风:前提与效果;(六)领导的地位;(七)特殊条件下的领导;(八)应用和实践。此书尚无中译本。
This article is excerpted from Chapter 26 of the Leading Handbook. This book by the University of Ohio Honorary Professor, Ohio Institute of leadership research director Ralph Stoddel original, first edition in 1974, Professor Bernard Beth revised and supplemented in 1981, a revised edition. The book is divided into 8 35 chapters, discusses the various fields of leadership. 8 titles are as follows: (a) introduction to leadership theory and research; (two) the quality of leaders; (three) power and legitimacy; (four) the relationship between leadership and bureaucracy; (five) style of leadership management: premise and effect ; (6) leadership status; (7) leadership under special conditions; (8) application and practice. There is no Chinese translation of this book.
