On October 13, 2009, on the autumn afternoon, the founding general Lu Zhengcao finished the long distance of his life. In 1955, the Chinese People’s Liberation Army first implemented the rank system, 55 generals were awarded the rank of lieutenant general in 1956 and 1958, and two more senior leaders were awarded the rank of general. The 57 people are often referred to as "Founding Chairman Before Lvzheng Cao, the other 56 people have died.
