春季卡他角结膜炎患儿占武汉市儿童医院眼科门诊初诊病例的0.79%,在儿童中并不少见。国外自Easty(1971)报导色苷酸钠有良好疗效以来,各国报导甚多,但国内除赵澍云等报导22例外,尚缺少大组疗效观察。目前,我国已生产一种色苷酸钠滴眼液,我们将此药试用于51例确诊为春季卡他角结膜炎的患儿,现将其疗效进行初步报导。因此药已有多数资料证明不能根治,故不作长期随访,而只重点分析其消除或减轻症状的有效率及生效时间。
Children with kart keratoconjunctivitis accounted for 0.79% of the newly diagnosed ophthalmology clinics of Wuhan Children’s Hospital in spring, which is not uncommon in children. Since Easty (1971) reported that sodium cystinate has a good curative effect, there are many reports in many countries. However, except for the 22 cases reported by Zhao Shuyun in China, there is still a lack of large-scale efficacy observation. At present, China has produced a sodium eyedrop sodium eye drops, we tested this drug in 51 cases diagnosed with spring catarrhal conjunctivitis in children, and its efficacy is now preliminary report. Therefore, most of the information on the medicine has proved that it can not be cured. Therefore, it does not make long-term follow-up visits. Instead, it focuses on analyzing the effectiveness and effective time of eliminating or alleviating the symptoms.
