1概述建筑节能是个世界性的课题,多年来受到我国政府的高度重视。随着生产力的不断提高和社会经济的发展,能源消耗快速增长,但在同等气候条件下,我国建筑物每平方米的能耗比发达国家要高2～3倍,因此,推广节能显得愈加重要。近几年,国家出台了相应的建筑节能标准,并规定新建、改建、扩建的公共建筑和居住建筑要达到比1980年的基准建筑节能50%的目标。建筑节能技
1 Overview Energy-saving building is a worldwide issue, for many years by our government attaches great importance. With the continuous improvement of productive forces and the development of society and economy, energy consumption has been rapidly increasing. However, under the same climate conditions, the energy consumption per square meter of buildings in our country is 2 to 3 times higher than that in developed countries. Therefore, promoting energy conservation becomes more and more important . In recent years, the state has promulgated the corresponding building energy efficiency standards and stipulated that the target of 50% energy saving of public buildings and residential buildings newly built, rebuilt and expanded should be reached than the benchmark buildings of 1980.
