本文分析讨论了预加负荷对汽轮发电机组的不对称可倾三瓦径向轴承的性能影响,并提出了各种预加负荷下的静态和动态特性。增加预加负荷能提高承载能力和刚度阻尼系数,特别能提高非承载瓦的承载能力。从得到的轴心轨迹曲线可以看出:预加负荷大时,曲线更接近于载荷作用线,这对轴承的稳定性有利,但功率损失和温升增加,最小油膜厚度减小。因此,预加负荷的选择应以得到合理的功耗、温升、流量和最小油膜厚度为宜(通常拟应取0.2~0.6)。
This paper analyzes and discusses the influence of preload on the performance of asymmetric tilting three-W radial bearings in turbo-generator sets and proposes the static and dynamic characteristics under various preloads. Increasing the preload can improve the load capacity and stiffness damping coefficient, in particular, can increase the carrying capacity of non-load bearing tile. From the obtained axial trajectory curve, it can be seen that when the pre-load is large, the curve is closer to the load line, which is good for bearing stability, but the power loss and temperature rise increase and the minimum oil film thickness decreases. Therefore, the preload should be selected to obtain reasonable power consumption, temperature rise, flow and minimum film thickness is appropriate (usually should be taken 0.2 to 0.6).
