目的探讨外治法联合常规护理治疗压疮的效果。方法选取平煤神马医疗集团总医院2016年10月-2017年5月收治的出现压疮症状的35例患者为研究对象,根据患者症状随机分为观察组(18例)和对照组(17例)。对照组采用常规护理及治疗的方法,观察组进行了中药外治法加常规护理的治疗,观察两组患者总疗效及骨髓炎、败血症等并发症的发生率。结果观察组总疗效率为94.4%、并发症发生率为5.6%,均优于对照组的82.4%和29.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药外治法联合常规护理治疗压疮创面愈合较快,患者对护理工作满意度较高,效果显著,并发症发生率低,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of external treatment combined with routine nursing on pressure ulcer. Methods Thirty-five patients with pressure ulcer symptoms admitted from January 2016 to May 2017 in Pingdingshan Shenma Medical Group General Hospital were selected and divided into observation group (18 cases) and control group (17 cases) according to their symptoms. example). The control group was treated by conventional nursing and treatment. The observation group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine and conventional nursing. The total curative effect and the incidence of complications such as osteomyelitis and septicemia were observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 94.4%, complication rate was 5.6%, which was better than that of control group (82.4% vs 29.4%, P <0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with conventional nursing treatment of pressure ulcer wound healing faster, patients with higher satisfaction with the nursing work, the effect is significant, the incidence of complications is low, worthy of clinical application.
