目的通过三磷酸腺苷(ATP)生物荧光检测法和微生物学检测法对纤维支气管镜进行清洗消毒效果监测分析,为更好地选择检测方法提供参考依据。方法采用方便取样法收集使用内镜洗消机进行清洗消毒的纤维支气管镜60套,对每一条纤维支气管镜的表面和内腔面进行ATP生物荧光检测和微生物学检测,比较两种方法的检测结果。结果 ATP生物荧光检测法和微生物学检测法对纤维支气管镜进行检测合格率均为100%,ATP生物荧光法检测出纤维支气管镜表面和内腔面清洗消毒质量有显著性差异(t=6.48,P<0.05)。结论 ATP生物荧光检测法可用于纤维支气管镜清洗消毒效果监测,且该方法灵敏度高,能检测到纤维支气管镜不同部位清洗消毒效果的差异。
Objective To monitor and analyze the bronchoscope cleaning and disinfection effect by adenosine triphosphate (ATP) biofluorescence assay and microbiological test to provide reference for better choice of test methods. Methods Sixty sets of fiberoptic bronchoscopes, which were cleaned and disinfected by endoscope washing machine, were collected by a convenient sampling method. ATP biofluorescence and microbiology tests were performed on the surface and inner cavity of each fiberoptic bronchoscope. Two methods were compared result. Results The biofluorescence test and microbiological test showed that the qualified rates of fiberoptic bronchoscopy were all 100%, and there was a significant difference (P> 0.05) between the results of ATP biofluorescence and the cleaning and disinfection of the lumen plane (t = 6.48, P <0.05). Conclusion ATP biofluorescence assay can be used to monitor the effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy cleaning and disinfection, and the sensitivity of this method is high, which can detect the difference of cleaning and disinfection effects of different parts of the fiberoptic bronchoscope.
