在现代英语教学过程中,中小学英语教师的科研素质对英语教学具有非常重要的作用,但是由于学校经费短缺,教师自身对科研认识不够充分等原因,中小学教师的科研素质还存在很多问题,为此我们必须分析现状,提高认识,采取有效措施,引导中小学英语教师进一步提高科研水平,使中小学英语教师更加适应新形式的教学模式,培养出更多的优秀学生。
In the process of modern English teaching, the quality of scientific research of primary and secondary school English teachers plays a very important role in English teaching. However, because of the shortage of school funds and teachers ’inadequate understanding of scientific research, there are still many problems in the quality of primary and secondary school teachers’ To this end, we must analyze the status quo, raise awareness and take effective measures to guide primary and secondary English teachers to further enhance the level of scientific research, so that primary and secondary English teachers more adapt to the new form of teaching mode, cultivate more outstanding students.
