如果把一个班级比作是一片橄榄叶,显而易见,各方面比较突出的学生是叶尖部分,那些中下水平和各方面相对欠缺的部分学生则是叶根部分。很多的班主任会更多地去关注和关爱“橄榄叶”的叶尖和叶根部分,而却忽略了班级的中坚力量。而这股中坚力量却是班级的主力军,因为他们占到了班级人数的半数以上,他们比上不足,比下有余,有很大的可塑性。结合多年的教育教学经历,笔者觉得可以从以下几个方面来重视我们的“潜力股”——中等生。一、多一份关注,多一份了解细心的班主任应该发现这样一个情况:中等生转化为优生的极少,而下滑到后进生行列的现象却时有发生,我觉得得不到班主任的关注、
