U937是一种前单核细胞 ,其主要是以悬浮生长为主 ,细胞形态成圆球状 ,表面光滑 ,没有突起。在 PMA、内毒素或生长因子的刺激下细胞可由悬浮状态衍变为贴壁生长 ,细胞形态由圆球状变化为多边型 ,细胞表面有突起伸出。本实验采用流式细胞术检测了 U937与鼻咽癌细胞 CNE— 2混合培养对其 CD36表达的影响。结果发现 :U937与CNE— 2混合培养以促进 U937对 CD36的表达 ,共同培养 2 4小时 ,CD36表达显著增加。表明 :前单核细胞与肿瘤细胞混合培养可促进前单核细胞向单核细胞的分化
U937 is a type of pre-monocyte, which is predominately in suspension growth. The shape of the cells is spherical, with a smooth surface and no protrusions. Under the stimulation of PMA, endotoxin or growth factor, the cells can change from suspension state to adherent growth. The cell morphology changes from spherical to polygonal, and the cell surface has protrusions protruding. In this study, flow cytometry was used to detect the effect of U937 and nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells CNE-2 mixed culture on CD36 expression. The results showed that: U937 and CNE-2 mixed culture to promote U937 expression of CD36, co-cultured for 24 hours, CD36 expression was significantly increased. It shows that the pre-monocytes and tumor cells mixed culture can promote the pre-monocyte differentiation to monocytes
