采用小鼠体外透皮实验，摸索复方大黄涂膜剂成膜材料及助透剂。结果表明：成膜材料、助透剂在及浓度，影响透皮吸收，其中尤以５％油酸作助透剂、ＰＶＡ作成膜材料，效果更佳。
复方大黄涂膜剂中助透剂选择的研究

：
