冂丂_一、冂丂_六及攵丅_六型机车从轮弹簧这易于折损是多年来存在的问题,值得引起我们的注意和研究。著者根据振动理论分析,认为原来的设计仅仅考虑了弹簧在正常荷重下的挠度和应力,忽略了弹簧过长的特点,致合弹簧缺乏衰振能力,不能有效地防止共振时振幅的过度增大。针对这一缺点,著者根据叠钣弹簧的衰振能力与相对摩擦係数及相对摩擦係数与弹簧片数和弹簧厚度的关系,重新设计了这些机车的从轮弹簧,并且还与添设螺旋弹簧的方法做了比较,说明这是防止从轮弹簧折损的最有效最简便的方法,建议今后在新造机车时和更换折损弹簧时採用之。

Based on the vibration theory, the author thinks that the original design only considers the deflection and stress of the spring under normal load, neglects the characteristics of the spring being too long, causes the spring to lack the ability of anti-vibration, and can not effectively prevent the excessive increase of amplitude during resonance . In response to this shortcoming, the authors redesigned the idler springs of these locomotives according to the relationship between the decay resistance, the relative friction coefficient and the relative friction coefficient of the sheet springs and the number of springs and the thickness of springs. The comparison of the methods shows that this is the most effective and easiest way to prevent the loss of the spring from the wheel. It is suggested that this be used in the new locomotives and in the replacement of break-away springs in the future.
