大庆石油管理局科研项目“大罐内防腐施工工艺”(以下简称新工艺)于1987年1月7日通过大庆石油管理局局级鉴定。鉴定认为“该工艺是在采用国内较先进的高压无气喷涂技术基础上,配套完善了施工机具,以机械化施工代替了手工作业,减轻了劳动强度,提高了工效,改善了施工条件。其除锈质量达到国家船体除锈标准 b_3级,适用于已成型罐体的整体防腐施工”。
