人们的心灵如果不能在变化无常的外界现象中求得宁静,那只有到艺术的形式里寻求慰籍;如果不能从外界客观事物中得到美感享受,便希望将客观物象从其变化无常的偶然性中解放出来,用抽象的形式使其具有永久的价值。当前流行着一种表象化的潮流,“东南亚风格”、“地中海风格”等不绝于耳,社会上存在过分强调装饰性,追求奢豪化的心态。而在莞万科运河东1号花园中,我们希望提高人们心理上的审美层次,从居住的本质出发,摒弃过多的装饰,还原现代建筑的抽象之美。业主希望在小区规划中尊重原有的生态环境,在首期开发中保留部分旧厂房加以改造,并新建了部分低层商业建筑,以新旧结合的手法,打造出一条别具风情的街区式开放商业空间。在二期中,结用了用地现状,沿周边灵活地布置了两组折形的高层板式住宅,从而留出大型的中心绿化空间,亦尽可能地保护了原生树木。
