噪声是重要的职业病发病因素之一,它可造成听力的减弱或丧失.本文对我院常用的几种口腔器械的噪声进行了测量与分析.结果表明,震荡器在起动与震荡灌注模型时的噪声声级值没有明显差异,齿科技工磨机在空转与义齿抛光时的噪声声级值没有明显差异,而高、低速手机、超声波洁治器、切割机、石膏砂轮机在切割时噪声明显高于空转.其中切割机在使用时噪声最大高达97.82分贝.所测器械的平均声级范围为67.99~82.03分贝.
Noise is one of the most important causative factors of occupational diseases, and it can cause hearing loss or loss.In this paper, we measured and analyzed the noise of several kinds of dental instruments commonly used in our hospital.The results show that during the starting and concussion perfusion model There was no significant difference in the sound level between the two groups. There was no significant difference in noise level between the dentist and the denture when grinding, while the high and low speed mobile phones, ultrasonic scaler, cutting machine and gypsum grinder had obvious noise during cutting Which is higher than idling, in which the maximum noise of the cutting machine is up to 97.82 dB, and the average sound level range of the instrument under test is 67.99-82.03 dB.
