PHC高强度预应力混凝土管桩是一种采用先张法预应力工艺,经离心成型及蒸汽养护,在工厂标准化、规模化生产制造的预应力混凝土构件,主要包含桩身、端头板等组件,具有桩身强度高,施工周期短等优点,在基岩埋藏深、强风化岩层或风化残积土层厚等地质条件适宜的桥梁工程中,得到较广泛应用,在抗震设防烈度7度或以下地区,通过PHC管桩替代RC灌注桩,有一定的经济效益,但对于8度或以上高烈度区管桩作为高速公路桥梁基础的应用、研究较少,本文以粤东地区某高速公路桥梁为例(8度区三类场,软基深度约24m),在既有钻孔灌注桩设计的基础上,通过试算寻求可满足各项抗震性能指标的管桩布置形式,并与RC灌注桩进行了力学性能及经济性等综合比较,提出合理化建议。

Based on the design of existing cast-in-place bored piles, the layout of the pipe piles that can meet various seismic performance indexes is sought through trial calculations. Conducted a comprehensive comparison of mechanical properties and economy, put forward rational proposals.
