水博先生长期致力于我国水电开发和建设的研究。近年来高度关注云南怒江水电开发,并在深入怒江实地考察的基础上撰写了大量的探讨文章。水博先生将自己关于怒江水电开发的20余篇近20万字的研究成果发给我们,在此深表敬意和感谢。限于篇幅,本期仅刊部分文章之节选。我们将适时刊发水搏先生对云南水电开发的研究成果。
Mr. Bo has long been engaged in the research of hydropower development and construction in China. In recent years, great attention has been paid to the development of Nujiang hydropower in Yunnan Province, and a large amount of discussion articles have been written on the basis of in-depth investigation of the Nu River. Mr. Bo Shu delivered his 20-odd research results of nearly 200,000 words on Nujiang hydropower development to us and hereby expired with deep respect and thanks. Due to space limitations, this issue only excerpts of some articles. We will publish the results of the research on the hydropower development in Yunnan timely.
