为了总结经验,活跃学术研究,进一步扩大以“集中识字”为特征的小学语文教改实验,黑龙江省“集中识字”教学改革经验交流会于9月14日至17日在红兴隆农场管理局召开。会议由黑龙江省教育学院初教部主任赵国才同志主持,来自全省教学第一线的部分市县、企办校“集中识字”教改实验班的教师代表和有关市县、企办局的教学研究人员,共计88人出席了大会。应邀出席这次大会的有:汉字现代化研究会副会长兼秘书长、晓园语文与文化科技研究所副所长徐德江、中央教育科学研究所副研究员张田若、辽宁省锦州市教育学院教研部主任夏延林、原辽宁省黑山县北关实验学校教导主任特级教师杨树,以及黑龙江教育出版社、黑龙江教育杂志社、黑龙江农场总局有关负责同志。
In order to summarize the experience, active academic research, to further expand the “centralized literacy” as the characteristic of primary school Chinese teaching reform experiment, Heilongjiang Province “concentrated literacy” teaching reform experience exchange meeting was held September 14 to 17 in Hongxing Long Farm Authority.
