目的 研究眼震电图在椎 基底动脉供血不足性眩晕诊断中的应用。方法 总结 10 4例以眩晕为主诉 ,经临床及影像检查为轻型椎 基底动脉供血不足患者的眼震电图变化。结果 椎 基底动脉供血不足患者出现自发性眼震者占 17.3% ,位置性眼震占 33.6 % ;扫视运动潜伏期延长 ,扫视速度减慢 ;跟踪实验 4 1%呈Ⅲ型曲线 ,4 3%失真度超过正常值 ;视动眼震强度与正常人无显著性差异 ;冷热反应值较正常人低下 ,不对称比值增高 ,2 0 .2 %出现固视失败。结论 眼震电图在椎 基底动脉供血不足性眩晕诊断中具有重要意义
Objective To study the application of electronystagmography in vertigo diagnosis of vertebrobasilar insufficiency. Methods The electronystagmograms of 104 patients who were mainly vertigo were summarized. The changes of electronystagmography in patients with mild vertebrobasilar insufficiency after clinical and imaging examination were summarized. Results Spontaneous nystagmus occurred in 17.3% of patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency and positional eysta accounted for 33.6%. Latency of glaucoma was prolonged and scanning speed was slowed down. In the follow-up experiment, 41% showed type III curve and 43% More than normal; visual acuity intensity was no significant difference with normal people; hot and cold reaction values lower than normal, asymmetric ratio increased, 20.2% of fixation failure. Conclusion Electronystagmography is of great importance in the diagnosis of vertigo induced by vertebrobasilar insufficiency
