上海的成人高校经过十多年的发展,历经兴衰,目前正处在又一个发展期。但由于各校起点不同,条件不同,发展也呈不平衡。有的成人高校门庭若市,录取与报考人数之比高达1:15甚至1:20,有的门可罗雀,录取与报考人数几乎达到1:1.4,常常要靠有关部门调剂。针对上述情况,笔者对上海的成人高校作了一番调查思考,认为成人教育已进入市场竞争阶段,弱者恒弱,强者恒强的局面
After more than a decade of development, the adult colleges and universities in Shanghai have been going through another phase of development and decline.
