2014年4月25日,我省召开了善行河北志愿服务座谈会。中共中央政治局原委员、中央文明委原副主任、北京市委原书记、中国志愿服务联合会会长刘淇在石家庄调研“邻里守望”志愿服务活动并出席座谈会,省委书记、省人大主任周本顺,省委副书记赵勇,省委常委、石家庄市委书记孙瑞彬,省委常委、秘书长景春华,省委常委、宣传部长艾文礼分别参加了有关活动。在周本顺等省领导陪同下,刘淇先后考察了石家庄市社区服务暨志愿服务信息中心和石家庄市裕华区青园社区,参观了“善行河北志愿服务——河
