水利是农业生产的命脉,是国民经济和社会发展的基础产业,随着社会经济的快速发展,高标准农田建设作为我国农业发展过程中确保粮食生产水平的关键所在,具有十分重要的意义。高标准基本农田建设项目可行性研究作为高标准基本农田建设工作开展的基础性关键环节,在实际工作中应引起足够的重视。文章结合柘城县地形地貌、气象、水文地质和水资源状况,对柘城县开展高标准农田建设的可行性进行详细分析。
Water conservancy is the lifeblood of agricultural production and the basic industry of national economy and social development. With the rapid development of society and economy, the construction of high standards of farmland has the vital significance as the key to ensure the level of grain production in the process of agricultural development in our country. Feasibility study on high-standard basic farmland construction projects, as the basic key link for the development of high-standard basic farmland, should be given enough attention in practical work. Based on the topography, meteorology, hydrogeology and water resources in Tancheng County, this article analyzes the feasibility of carrying out high standard farmland construction in Yuncheng County in detail.
