对于锆及锆合金中微量硼的测定,一般采用姜黄素比分法,该法灵敏度高,但操作繁复,条件控制要求较严。也有作者用胭脂红或亮绿法,但灵敏度不够高。近年来也有应用结晶紫或次甲基兰法的报导,这二种方法虽然灵敏度尚算较高,操作也尚称简便,但必须经过有机相洗涤的步骤,否则空白值较高。
