教育必须以“爱”为前提。学生是情感丰富的个体,对一切新事物感到好奇且有无穷的探知欲望,这是初中学生的一大特点。教育中的“爱”包括教师在教学活动中积极的情感态度和给予学生的全方位关注。笔者曾接手过一个初三的后进班,该班学生英语成绩极不理想,远低于年级平均分。针对具体学情,笔者在教学过程中尤其注重学生积极情感的培养,充分体现学生的主体地位,取得了良好的教学效果。具体
