铁路局直管站段改革后,如何加强安全管理为运输安全提供保障,是当前铁路安全管理的一项重要内容。本文介绍了“3.18”路局直管站段的改革,分析了当前加强安全管理工作中存在的主要问题,并就构建铁路运输安全管理的调控机制、考核激励机制、责任机制、监督机制以及安全事故预控管理机制等问题进行了分析探讨。
