目的:探讨心血管疾病中常规血脂检查的应用。方法:本次选取心血管异常患者80例,均为2013年6月至2015年6月来我院就诊的患者,检测低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDC-C)、血清脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三脂(TG)载脂蛋白A1(Apo A1)、总胆固醇(TC)水平,并就结果与同期健康体检者56例展开对比。结果:心血管疾病组Lp(a)、TC、LDL-C、Apo B显著高于对照组,HDL-C显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05);TG、Apo A无明显差异(P>0.05)。心血管疾病组血清Lp(a)水平明显增高,对照组在正常参考值内,组间有统计学差异(P<0.05),经2×2矩阵法对测定值计算,相较其他血脂指标,Lp(a)对心血管疾病的预测价值居更高水平,其中准确率为76.2%,特异度为89.5%,敏感度为64.2%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:心血管疾病诊断中,血清Lp(a)有一定的预测价值,同时需结合其它指标,以明确检出危险状况,指导治疗。
Objective: To investigate the application of routine blood lipids in cardiovascular diseases. Methods: Totally 80 patients with cardiovascular abnormalities were enrolled in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015. The levels of low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDC-C), serum lipoprotein (a) [Lp (a), HDL-C, Apo A1 and TC, and compared the results with 56 healthy subjects in the same period . Results: The levels of Lp (a), TC, LDL-C and Apo B in cardiovascular disease group were significantly higher than those in control group, and HDL-C was significantly lower than that in control group (P> 0.05) Significant difference (P> 0.05). The level of serum Lp (a) in cardiovascular disease group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05), and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Compared with other blood lipid indicators, The predictive value of Lp (a) for cardiovascular disease was higher, with the accuracy of 76.2%, the specificity of 89.5% and the sensitivity of 64.2% (P <0.05). Conclusion: Serum Lp (a) has certain predictive value in the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases. At the same time, it needs to combine with other indicators to detect the dangerous situation clearly and guide the treatment.
