建立通用体系,指导和推动住宅工业化的发展,是世界发达国家普遍采用的方法。现在美国、德国、日本、法国等发达国家都相继进入了住宅通用体系发展高级阶段。我国研究住宅体系已有较久的历史,积累了比较丰富的经验。但以往的体系多数是立足于结构的专用体系,使用时带有局限性,还有一些问题需要改进: 1、体系最终产品单一,缺乏灵活性和适应性,不能满足住房市场的需求; 2、体系的技术、产品和材料不配套,相关设备缺乏成套应用、性能较差,施工处于粗放阶段;
Establishing a common system to guide and promote the development of residential industrialization is a commonly adopted method in the developed countries in the world. Now the United States, Germany, Japan, France and other developed countries have entered the residential development of the common system of advanced stage. China has a long history of studying residential system and has accumulated rich experience. However, most of the previous systems are based on the special structure of the system. There are some limitations when using the system. Some problems need to be improved: 1. The final product of the system is single, lacks the flexibility and adaptability and can not meet the needs of the housing market. System technology, products and materials do not match, the lack of complete sets of related equipment applications, poor performance, construction is in extensive stage;
