目前,医院评审和医院分级管理工作已在我国各地全面铺开。它标志着我国医院管理体制进入了一个新阶段。然而,由这项工作是在运用现代医院管理理论,总结我国三级医疗预防保健网建设的基础上,借鉴其他国家的成功经验,试行的一种新的医院宏观管理体制。在具体实施中,许多内容还有待于理解、消化,许多工作还有待于尝试、总结、提高。笔者在此,仅就有关一级医院评审和医院分级管理工作的特殊性和试点工作暴露的一些问题。谈谈一级医院的评审应
At present, the hospital review and hospital classification management work has been fully spread throughout China. It marks that China’s hospital management system has entered a new stage. However, this work is based on the use of modern hospital management theory, summed up the construction of China’s three-tier medical preventive health care network, based on the successful experience of other countries, and tried a new kind of hospital macro-management system. In the specific implementation, many contents have yet to be understood and digested, and many tasks have yet to be tried, summarized, and improved. The author hereby addresses only some of the issues concerning the particularity and pilot work of the first-level hospital review and hospital-level management.
