自《公民道德建设实施纲要》提出“学校是进行系统道德教育的重要阵地。各级各类学校必须认真贯彻党的教育方针,全面推进素质教育,把教书与育人紧密结合起来”以来。各级各类学校纷纷加强对学生的公民道德教育。了解、总结十多年来中学公民道德教育的成就,对于我们不断推进中学公民道德教育,教育和引导中学生树立中国特色社会主义的共同理想和正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,养成高尚的思想品质和良好的道德情操,促进其全面发展具有重要意义。
