目的探讨2型糖尿病患者α颗粒膜蛋白(GMP140)含量测定的临床价值。方法用放射免疫分析方法测定104例2型糖尿病患者(其中有微血管病变55例,无微血管病变49例)及38例健康人GMP140含量和血小板直接计数,并对部分患者作治疗前后的动态观察。结果血小板GMP140及血浆GMP140含量,2型糖尿病组显著高于健康人组(P<0.001),有微血管病变组显著高于无微血管病变组(P<0.001),有微血管病变组和无微血管病变组血小板GMP140与血浆GMP140含量呈显著正相关(r1=0.69,r2=0.75,P均<0.001);2型糖尿病患者血小板计数与健康人比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。部分患者血糖控制后并坚持服用阿斯匹林6个月,GMP140含量及眼底改变与治疗前比较无显著差异。结论GMP140含量测定对2型糖尿病微血管病变的早期诊断和病情分析有重要的临床价值
Objective To investigate the clinical value of α-granule membrane protein (GMP140) in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the content of GMP140 and platelet count in 104 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (55 with microvascular disease and 49 without microvascular disease) and the direct platelet count of 38 healthy people. The changes of some patients before and after treatment Observed. Results The contents of platelet GMP140 and plasma GMP140 in type 2 diabetes mellitus group were significantly higher than those in healthy people (P <0.001), those in microvascular group were significantly higher than those without microvascular group (P <0.001) There was a significant positive correlation between platelet GMP140 and plasma GMP140 in patients with microangiopathy and without microvascular lesions (r1 = 0.69, r2 = 0.75, P <0.001). The platelet counts in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus Compared with healthy people, no significant difference (P> 0.05). Some patients after taking blood glucose control and insisted aspirin 6 months, GMP 140 levels and fundus changes compared with before treatment no significant difference. Conclusion GMP 140 determination of type 2 diabetic microvascular disease early diagnosis and disease analysis have important clinical value
