自1992年度省设备管理工作会议暨第四届省设协年会以来,认真贯彻落实全国第三次设备管理工作会议和李鹏总理贺信的精神,要求各级领导和设备管理工作者在贯彻落实《全民所有制工业企业转换经营机制条例》过程中,进一步落实《设备管理条例》的各项要求,把加强设备管理工作和转换企业经营机制紧密结合起来,建立设备管理激励机制和企业自我约束机制,不断提高企业装备素质,充分发挥设备资产效益,确保国有资产保值增值。 1.在省国资局的大力支持下,省设协成立了“江西省经纬资产评估公司”。 2.积极推进设备管理现代化,开展技术咨询、信息服务、经验交流和闲置设备调剂。 3.贯彻国家经贸委“关于开展生产设备完好状况
