病态窦房结综合征的治疗,目前西药效果不肯定,按装起搏器未得广泛应用。我们根据本综合征的中医辨证绝大多数为虚寒证的特点。采用益气温阳、活血化瘀法治疗15例,收到一定疗效。男12例,女3例,平均年龄47岁。其中冠心病13例。心电图表现:缓慢型心律失常11例,快慢交替型心律失常4例。患者均有不同程度的心阳不振,脾肾阳虚的征候。脉象以迟、细、涩、沉、结代脉为多见。舌质暗红、瘀斑,胖有齿印。病变位于心脾肾三脏,本组辨证大多数属气滞血瘀、心阳不振,兼肾脾阳虚、痰湿内阻,少数病人肝阳偏亢。治则:补益心气,温通心阳,健脾补肾,化痰利湿,活血化瘀。
