本文介绍作者研制的汽车汽油蒸发控制装置的工作原理和试验结果。主要研究了活性炭对汽油蒸汽进行吸附和脱附的循环过程及其影响因素,进而提出设计汽油蒸发控制装置应当注意的问题,以及根据汽车汽油蒸发损失量预测炭罐中活性炭量的方法。
This article describes the working principle and test results of the gasoline vaporization control device developed by the author. In this paper, the cycle of the adsorption and desorption of gasoline vapor by activated carbon and its influencing factors are mainly studied. Then some problems that should be paid attention to when designing the gasoline vaporization control device and the method of predicting the amount of activated carbon in the canister based on the vaporization loss of gasoline are proposed.
