用清醒动物研究了安定与氯胺酮的相互作用。安定（０．５、２．５、１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ，ｉｐ）可增大阈下剂量氯胺酮引起的小鼠入睡率（Ｐ＜０．０５）；缩短催眠剂量氯胺酮的入睡潜伏期（Ｐ＜０．０５），延长睡眠时间，减少躁动。热极法和电刺激法均表明，安定（２．５ｍｇ／ｋｇ，ｉｐ）可增强氯胺酮的镇痛作用。安定部分拮抗氯胺酮的升高血压和呼吸抑制作用，而对氯胺酮的ＬＤ５０无明显影响。结果提示，此二药组成复合麻醉是合理的。
The interaction between diazepam and ketamine was studied with conscious animals. Diazepam (0.5, 2.5, 10 mg / kg, ip) increased the sleep-inducing rate of ketamine-induced mice in the subthreshold dose (P <0.05) ), To extend sleep time, reduce restlessness. Both thermo-polar and electrical stimulation showed that diazepam (2.5 mg / kg, ip) enhanced the analgesic effect of ketamine. Diazepam partially antagonized the effects of ketamine on the increase of blood pressure and respiratory depression, but had no significant effect on the LD50 of ketamine. The results suggest that the composition of two drugs anesthesia is reasonable.
